The Wildcats defeat the Kings 3-1

The Jersey Shore Wildcats' offense had a big night, peppering the Skylands Kings with 38 shots throughout the game. The Jersey Shore Wildcats took the lead early in the second on a goal from Antonio Filippello.

Rc Randall did his part, adding 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist).

During the first, Henzie opened the scoring for the Wildcats with a goal at 12:47 with helpers from his linemates, Lowry and Ventura.

In the second, Filippello netted what turned out to be the game winning goal at 1:18 with assists from his linemates, Randall and Johnson. Garrigan finally put Skylands on the board with a goal at 9:14.

During the third, Randall answered for the Wildcats with a goal at 12:54 with helpers from O’connor and Gulawsky.

Jersey Shore’s victory was in no doubt helped out by Sesock as he stopped 14 of the 15 shots he faced. Sesock’s counterpart, Yttereng, also had a big night, managing to stop 35 of 38, but ultimately fell short.

This win brings the Jersey Shore Wildcats’ record to (8-3-0-0).
