The Wildcats crushed the Royals 7-4

The Jersey Shore Wildcats' offense had a big night, peppering the Roc City Royals with 43 shots throughout the game. The Jersey Shore Wildcats took the lead before the halfway point in the second on a goal from Hunter Johnson.

Hunter Johnson chipped in with 3 points (2 goals, 1 assist) and Rc Randall did his part, adding 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists). Patrick Nowak delivered for his team with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists).

During the first period, Lowry opened the scoring for the Wildcats with a goal at 6:55 with helpers from his teammates Dzhangarashev and Ventura. Johnson quickly followed with a goal at 7:27 with helpers from Randall and Dzhangarashev.

In the second, Reid finally put the Royals on the board with a goal at 2:26 with an assist from defenseman Seay. Lewis quickly followed with a goal at 2:51 with assists from Nowak and Onufryk. Gulawsky quickly followed with a goal at 3:50 with helpers from his linemates, Randall and Johnson. Randall deposited a goal at 9:10 with a helper from defenseman Dzhangarashev. Johnson put in what turned out to be the game winning goal at 12:22 with an assist from defenseman O’connor.

During the third period, Henzie netted a goal at 1:43. Nowak quickly followed with a goal at 2:48 with assists from his linemates, Corey and Norris. Mullen quickly followed with a goal at 2:56. Blackburn answered for the Royals with a goal at 11:27 with helpers from Nowak and Phillips.

The Wildcats’ victory was in no doubt helped out by Vardon as he stopped 2 of the 4 shots he faced. Vardon’s counterpart, Martinez, also had a big night, managing to stop 25 of 30, but ultimately fell short.

This win brings the Jersey Shore Wildcats’ record to (11-4-0-0).
