James Lowry chipped in with 3 points (2 goals, 1 assist) and Adam Colclough delivered for his team with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists).
During the first, Filippello opened the scoring for the Wildcats with a goal at 11:51 with helpers from teammates Colclough and Dzhangarashev. Randall quickly followed with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 12:11. Lowry quickly followed with a goal at 13:11 with assists from Ventura and Dzhangarashev. Colclough quickly followed with a goal at 14:22 with helpers from his linemates, Mullen and Filippello. Dzhangarashev quickly followed with a goal at 14:51 with an assist from his teammate Henzie.
In the second period, Lowry deposited a goal at 15:56 with helpers from his linemates, Colclough and Hunter. O’connor quickly followed with a goal at 17:33 with assists from Ventura and Gulawsky. Bennett put in a goal at 19:59 with helpers from Hunter and Ventura.
In the third period, Johnson scored a goal at 6:31 with assists from his linemates, Lowry and Gulawsky. Gay quickly followed with a goal at 7:23 with helpers from Marcianti and King.
Jersey Shore’s victory was in no doubt helped out by Sesock as he stopped 10 of the 11 shots he faced. Sesock’s counterpart, Sears, also had a big night, managing to stop 46 of 55, but ultimately fell short.
This win brings the Jersey Shore Wildcats’ record to (14-4-0-0).
